Do not buy from this company. We ordered an adjustable split king mattress and paid $6200.00 on July 31, 2023. We were told it would be delivered on August 10th, however on August 8 we received a call saying it would be delivered August 12th. because that set was no longer available and we could get an upgrade. So we go back to the store to see if we liked the upgrade and was promised they had that set and it could be delivered Saturday the 12th. Upon delivery we notice the mattress bag said in big bold letter, ‘Pre-Owned” and that it came from their outlet. Also after complaining about this to store I receive text telling me not to take my frustration out on salesperson and delivery guys….they’ve got to be kidding! They are cons! Don’t trust them!
